Meet Our Administration Team
Jennifer Lallouz
Founder/Director
Jennifer founded Specialized Speech Center in 1996.
She grew up in Dix Hills, New York and attended Ithica College. After moving to Florida, she attended the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University. Jennifer has over 27 years of experience working as a speech-language pathologist and certified orofacial myologist. She is PROMPT trained (level 1) and has received additional training in various areas of treatment. Jennifer is especially passionate about evaluating and treating articulation, language, social pragmatic communication, and myofunctional disorders. Jennifer loves the joy she brings to families through helping their children communicate.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys running, biking, and reading.
Allison Fairbrother
Clinical Director
Allison joined our team in May 2017. She grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and attended Florida State University for her undergrate studies and Nova Southeastern University for her graduate studies. Allison has over 9 years working with children and adults as a speech-language pathologist in the private practice setting. She has recently taken on the role of clinical director to support our therapists, while also treating her own caseload of clients. Allison is an Early Steps provider for Florida’s early intervention program and has received additional training in the treatment of autistic individuals and feeding disorders. Her favorite areas of therapy include language, play, feeding aversions, and social pragmatic communication.

In her free time, Allison enjoys staying active and spending time with her two children.
Gloria Cortez
Assistant Manager
Gloria joined our team in May 2018. She grew up in Wynwood, Florida and attended Miami Dade Medical College. Gloria has over 13 years of experience working as a patient care coordinator. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

In her free time, Gloria enjoys dancing, trying foods from different cultures, and making others laugh.
Randy Santana
Receptionist
Randy joined our team in August 2022. She was born and raised in Havana, Cuba and moved to Florida in 1980. Randy has over 18 years of experience working as a patient care coordinator. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
