Amy Kelley
M.S., OTR/L
Amy grew up in Miami, FL and attended Florida International University. Amy has previous experience working with both children and adults in the nursing home, hospital, home health, and school settings. Her favorite areas of treatment include fine motor, executive functioning, visual perceptual, visual motor, and coordination/balance. Amy wanted to pursue a career that helped people and gave back to the community. She loves seeing improvements and growth in her clients.

In her free time, Amy enjoys yoga, going to the beach, and traveling.
Carlos Camacho
M.S., OTR/L
Carlos grew up in Fort Lauderdale, FL and attended Florida Atlantic University, Barry University, and the University of Kansas. Carlos has previous experience working with children and adults in the home health and private practice settings. He is a bilingual therapist, treating in both English and Spanish. His favorite areas of treament include play, fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, coordination/balance, visual perceptual, social/emotional, executive functioning, and activities of daily living. Carlos decided to pursue the field of occupational therapy because of his love for helping others. He loves making his clients smile and seeing how they progress over time.

In his free time, Carlos enjoys playing pickleball, basketball, and mini golf, as well as watching movies and playing arcade games.
Elena Cotayo
M.S., OTR/L
Clinical Occupational Therapy Director
Elena joined our team in June 2020. She attended Florida International University and earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and her master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Elena has recently taken on the role of clinical occupational therapy director to support our OT therapists, while also treating her own caseload of clients. Elena contributes a multifaceted background to our team, combining her extensive experience as a pediatric therapist with strong leadership skills and a background in business management. Elena is an Early Steps provider for Florida’s early intervention program and has received specialized training in autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), sensory processing, kinesiology, and the use of metronome in treatment. Elena's favorite areas of treatment include fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, visual perception, and executive functioning. Elena loves that she has the opportunity to make a positive impact and enjoys helping children develop the skills they need to grow into highly functional, independent adults.
In her free time, Elena enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with family, and traveling.
Elda Agenor
OTR/L
Elda grew up in Hollywood, FL and attended the University of Florida and Florida International University. In addition to English, Elda is also fluent in Creole. Elda has previous experience working with both children and adults in the acute care, inpatient rehab, intensive care unit, and outpatient settings. She has received specialized training in neuromuscular re-education and enjoys assisting individuals with maintaining their independence for as long as possible. Elda's favorite areas of treatment include play, fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.

In her free time, Elda enjoys reading, going to the gym, and traveling.
Shieka Blake
M.S., OTR/L
Shieka received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University and her master's degree in Occupational Therapy at Clarkson University. Shieka has previous experience working with both children and adults in the inpatient rehab and outpatient settings. Her favorite areas of treatment include play, fine motor, gross motor, visual perceptual, and activities of daily living. Shieka has always been passionate about helping others. She believes that occupational therapy is a profession that allows clients to utilize their strengths and abilities rather than their limitations to adapt to their environment and live life to their fullest.

In her free time, Shieka enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new foods from different cultures.
Natalie Nicholson

Natalie grew up in Miramar, FL and attended the Concorde Career Institute of Miramar. Natalie has experience working with both children and adults. Her favorite areas of treatment include cognition, executive functioning, fine motor, social/emotional, visual perceptual, and activities of daily living. Natalie loves seeing her clients make progress over time and sharing these accomplishments with families.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys cooking and nature walks.
Ivona Morris
OTD, M.S., OTR/L, ITOT
Ivona grew up in Miami, FL. Ivona received her bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Molecular Biology at the University of Central Florida. She attended the University of St. Augustine where she received her master's and doctorate degrees in Occupational Therapy. Ivona has previous experience working in the pediatric outpatient and skilled nursing rehabilitation settings. She is an ImPACT Trained Occupational Therapist (ITOT) with specialized training in concussion management. Her favorite areas of treatment include fine motor, visual motor integration, and visual perception. Ivona was inspired to pursue the field of occupational therapy after losing function in her arm and hand from a car accident. She loves that occupational therapy gives her the ability to impact lives in a holistic manner.

In her free time, Ivona enjoys cooking, puzzles, and traveling.
Molly Chess
M.S., OTR/L
Molly grew up in Weston, FL. She attended Florida State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. She then received her graduate degree demo New York University. Her favorite areas of therapy include executive functioning skills, sensory processing, and visual perceptual skills.
In her free time, Molly enjoys hanging out with her dog, watching documentaries, trying new foods, and seeing family and friends.
Alyssa Jindracek
M.S., OTR/L
Alyssa grew up in Plantation, FL. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University to pursue her undergraduate degree and Florida International University for her graduate degree. Alyssa is an Early Steps provider for Florida’s early intervention program. Her favorite areas of therapy include fine motor skills, visual perceptual skills, and social skills.
In her free time, Alyssa enjoys reading, boating, and line dancing.
Bianca Gerzanich
M.S., OTR/L
Bianca grew up in Pembroke Pines, FL and previously has lived in Texas. She attended Florida International University in which she received her graduate degree. Bianca's favorite areas of therapy include fine motor, visual motor, and sensory integration.

In her free time, Bianca enjoys painting, crafting (arts and crafts), and dancing.
Anna Kreger
MOT, OTR/L
Anna grew up in Atlanta, GA. She attended University of Georgia for her undergraduate degrees and Nova Southeastern University for her masters degree. Her favorite areas of therapy include activities of daily living (ADL's), sensory processing, and play.
In her free time, Anna enjoys swimming, jewelry making, and spending time with friends.
