Christine Hernandez
M.S., CCC-SLP
Christine grew up in Miami, FL and studied at Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University. Christine is an Early Steps provider for Florida’s early intervention program and has received specialized training in feeding aversions, transitioning from enteral feds to oral feeds, apraxia, phonological disorders, and various aspects of language. She is GOMAP and SOFFI certified. Christine's favorite areas of therapy include pediatric dysphasia and early childhood language.
In her free time, Christine enjoys reading, crafting, and running.
Sarah Simms
M.S., CCC-SLP
Clinical Speech Therapy Director
Sarah grew up in Pembroke Pines, FL. Sarah graduated from the University of Central Florida with her bachelor’s degree and Nova Southeastern University with her master’s degree. She is an Early Steps provider for Florida’s early intervention program. She is also trained in the Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention program. Sarah's favorite areas of therapy include early intervention, language, articulation, and pragmatics.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys visiting farmers markets, boating, snorkeling, and spending time with family and friends.
Angelie Mendez
SLPA
Angelie grew up in Brooklyn, New York before moving to Pennsylvania to pursue her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Pennsylvania State University. Prior to working as an SLPA, Angelie worked as a behavioral therapy assistant. Angelie is a bilingual therapist, treating in both English and Spanish. Her favorite areas of therapy include articulation, language, and apraxia.

Glenda Hernandez
CF-SLP
Glenda grew up in Hialeah, Florida and attended La Universidad Especializada de las Américas (UDELAS). Glenda is a bilingual therapist, treating in both English and Spanish. Her favorite areas of therapy include early intervention, feeding, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

In her free time, Glenda enjoys newborn photography, crocheting, and walking outside in nature.
Tiziana Pereira
M.S., CCC-SLP
Tiziana grew up in Curitiba, Brazil and speaks both English and Portuguese. Tiziana attended Florida International University, where she studied both Psychology and Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her favorite areas of therapy include fluency, articulation, and early intervention. Tiziana is PROMPT trained (level 1) and has received additional training in AAC and fluency disorders. She is also an Early Steps provider for Florida’s early intervention program
In her free time, Tiziana plays on an 8-ball pool team.
Carolina Ruiz Carrion
M.S., CCC-SLP
Carolina grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to Florida to study at Nova Southeastern University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Carolina is an Early Steps provider for Florida’s early intervention program. She is a bilingual therapist, treating in both English and Spanish. Her favorite areas of therapy include articulation, apraxia, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
In her free time, Carolina enjoys working out and making crafts using her Cricut machine.
Yelena Pilosova
M.S., CCC-SLP
Yelena attended Queens College and Brooklyn College in her home state of New York. Yelena also previously completed an intensive fluency program at the American Institute for Stuttering. Yelena loves seeing her clients progress and being a part of their accomplishments.
In her free time, Yelena enjoys swimming, jogging, and traveling.
Siani Gomez
SLPA
Siani grew up in Vineland, New Jersey and attended Stockton University. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Nova Southeastern University. Siani's favorite areas of therapy are articulation and fluency. Siani is a bilingual therapist, treating in English and Spanish.

In her free time, Siani enjoys pilates, yoga, and playing video games.
Sarahi Arroyo
M.S., SLP
Sarahi grew up in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and Miami, FL. She attended the University of Central Florida and New York University to pursue her degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Sarahi is a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish. Sarahi's favorite therapeutic areas include language and cognition.

Gabrielle Nembhard

Gaby grew up in Baldwin, New York and moved to Florida to attend the University of Central Florida. She earned her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of St. Augustine. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, Gaby worked as a speech-language pathology assistant. Gaby's favorite area of therapy is early intervention. She is an Early Steps provider for Florida’s early intervention program.

Anthony Bianco

Ant​hony grew up in Sunrise, Florida and attended Florida State University for his undergraduate studies and the University of Central Florida for graduate school. Anthony has also received specialized training in youth mental health. Anthony's favorite areas of therapy include language and pragmatics.

Samantha Rivero

Daniella Diaz

Daniella grew up in Weston, FL and attended Florida International University for her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is currently attending Albizu University in order to gain her graduate degree. Daniella is a bilingual therapist, treating in English and Spanish. Her favorite areas of therapy include articulation and fluency.

Jackeline Peraza

Desirèe Perkins
M.S., CF-SLP
Desirèe grew up in Okinawa, Japan and Chesapeake, Virginia and attended Radford University for her undergraduate degree and Jacksonville University for her graduate degree. Desirèe also minored in American Sign Language. Her favorite areas of therapy include AAC, fluency, and pragmatics.
In her free time, Desirèe enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, discovering new cultures through travel, and cooking new recipes. She especially loves anything involving being outside in nature!
Jhenelle Yee

Jhenelle grew up in Kingston, Jamaica and attended University of Tampa to pursue her degree. Jhenelle is bilingual speaking both English and Jamaican Patois. Her favorite areas of therapy include early intervention.
In her free time, Jhenelle enjoys fishing, photography, and arts & crafts.

Angela grew up in Nesconset, NY and attended Nova Southeastern University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Her favorite areas of therapy include articulation, feeding, and language.

Kaleigh Overberger

Kaleigh grew up in Dallas, TX. She attended Texas State University to pursue her undergraduate degree. She is currently attending Nova Southeastern University to pursue her graduate degree. Kaleigh also knows American Sign Language. Her favorite areas of therapy include feeding and fluency.
In her free time, Kaleigh enjoys racing, art, volleyball, softball, going to the gym, drinking Cali Coffee, and going to the beach.
Rachel Scurria

Rachel grew up in New Orleans, LA. She attended Louisiana State University to pursue her undergraduate degree. She is currently attending Nova Southeastern University to pursue her graduate degree. Her favorite area of therapy is articulation.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys running/working out and shopping.
Shedira Swanston
M.S., CCC-SLP
Shedira grew up in Miami, FL. She attended University of South Florida to pursue her undergraduate degree and Florida International University to pursue her graduate degree. Her favorite areas of therapy include early intervention, receptive and expressive language, phonological disorders, and AAC.
In her free time, Shedira enjoys reading, writing, training her dogs, and gaming.
Lauren Delisser
M.S., CF-SLP
Lauren lived in Jamaica before moving to Plantation, FL where she grew up. She attended Florida Atlantic University to pursue her undergraduate degree and Nova Southeastern University for her graduate degree. Previously, Lauren was a preschool ASD teacher and registered behavior technician (RBT). Her favorite areas of therapy include AAC, language, and social communication.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling, reading, and going to the beach.
Taylor Melkonian

Taylor grew up in Sunrise, FL and attended Nova Southeastern University to pursue her undergraduate degree. Her favorite areas of therapy include treating those with ASD and phonological disorders.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys exercising, gardening, and playing disc golf.
